• Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes: Stroll through its cloisters and admire the royal coats of arms. Commissioned by Isabella I of Castile, this remarkable structure was intended to serve as a royal mausoleum.
• Santa María la Blanca Synagogue: Originally built as a synagogue, it was later converted into a church. Today, it stands as a stunning Mudéjar art museum.
• El Greco’s Masterpiece: Visit the Church of Santo Tomé and see the world-famous El Entierro del Conde de Orgaz. Did you know El Greco himself lived in this enchanting city?

1. • Starters: Salad, Manchego cheese tasting, venison pâté, and pisto manchego
   • Main Courses (choose one): Grilled entrecôte, confit duck, venison escalopes, cod with caramelized onion, or partridge Toledo-style
   • Dessert: Cake with ice cream, coffee or tea, and a liqueur
   • Beverages included during the meal
